Performance Measurement Tools
Simple tools to assess the institutional capacity of the Local Authorities including revenue generation, collection and expenditure are designed and developed.
Comprehensive ICT based systems for surveys
Considering the shortcomings in conventional process of surveys, using ICT based systems to capture data through Android Apps and using web-based system for analyzing the results, been effective for objective oriented surveys. CGI has been engaged in similar ICT based systems under various projects.
Spatial Information Management Systems
Using spatial information for decision making has been the trend in the developing world but rarely used in our part of the world except mapping. CGI tested such tools and geared to use this technology for specific development needs.
